Paul has been a REALTOR in Fort Collins since 2005, and during that time has helped buyers and sellers on investment transactions, first time home buyers, Premier Home sellers, mountain properties, vacation homes, and raw land. Paul was the 2015 Chairman of the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS, 2013 FCBR Young Professional of the Year, and is serving the State association as District Vice Chairman for the Northeast District of the Colorado Association of REALTORS. Paul has also served as a Director of the Board for the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS since 2012. As an alumni of Colorado State University, Paul is committed to the Northern Colorado area. As Branch Manager of Windermere Fort Collins, Paul gets the opportunity to assist other brokers in reaching their goals, helping his clients reach their real estate portfolio goals, all while helping to build the premier Real Estate Company in Colorado. Upon graduating from the University Of Evansville in Indiana, I moved to Colorado. I began my career as a corporate event planner, working for several destination management companies in Vail, and non-profit corporations throughout Colorado. Event planning allowed me to work hand in hand with local businesses and members of the community while tapping into my creative and detail oriented side. After the downturn of the economy, I found myself looking for a new path to take. I decided to pursue the real estate profession. It allows me to stay active in the community while continuing to work in a challenging, detail oriented and ever changing career.

I feel the most rewarding aspect of being a REALTOR® is putting my life experiences to work for my clients. If I am able to channel the detail oriented and multi-tasking skills of event planning, my
personal and professional experiences in the real estate industry, and the passion to seek new challenges, I know my results will continue to be productive and positive. At the end of the day, the joy reflected by my clients regarding a successful home purchase, or sale, is my greatest reward.

As a licensed REALTOR® in the state of Colorado, I continue to strive to better myself within my profession. This affords me the ability to continue to serve my clients at the highest standards. My current designations include CNE, Certified Negotations Expert; CMRS, Certified Military Residential Specialist; and the Windermere Relocation Specialist.
