Dakota and Casey Brown have lived and been actively involved in the Northern Colorado area for a combined 36 years. Born in Scottsbluff, NE Casey's family moved to the Fort Collins area when she was young and she was a member of the last graduating class in the Old Fort Collins High School. Dakota moved to Colorado from southwest Kansas in 1996 and like most people who move to this beautiful state, he has no intention of ever leaving. We enjoy hiking, art, music, bbq, stage theater, camping and watching our 3 teenagers' sports events!
One of the things that make us uniquely positioned to help you is the combination of strengths we both bring. Having the advantage of being able to receive quicker responses to requests and questions is only the beginning! You will find that the combination of great customer service and attention to detail will allow you to be confident that you have the best service available. Both Casey and Dakota have many years of experience not only in careers as IT Project Management which requires out of the box thinking, great organization and adaptability, but we have also always been small business owners. Building relationships was an integral part of our lives long before we entered real estate as a business and it continues to be as important as ever.
Whether you are ready to sell a property or are considering a residence or investment property purchase, it is our belief that having a guide sooner than later in the process is crucial. Real Estate is our passion and helping you navigate the process is something we look forward to! Our expertise and background combined with our strong network of professionals engaged in our transactions help us make your experience smooth and enjoyable.
Born and raised in the beautiful city of Fort Collins, I have become more than attached to it. This city and the area surrounding it holds something special and I would love to share my knowledge of it with you.
After the purchase of my first home and multiple investment properties, I realized that I wanted to help others buy and sell something they could call their own in the Northern Colorado front range. My business is built around making my clients experience something they cannot get anywhere else. I am here to help make the purchase of your next home smooth, professional, and most importantly, fun!
I owe all my success to my incredible family, my wife Elizabeth and daughter Ella. They make every day better than the last!

Over eighteen years ago, I moved to the Vail Valley after graduating from the University Of Evansville in Indiana. I began my career as a corporate event planner, working for several destination management companies in Vail, and non-profit corporations throughout Colorado. This occupation allowed me to work hand in hand with local businesses and members of the community while tapping into my creative and detail oriented side. After the downturn of the economy, I found myself looking for a new path to take. After much deliberation, I decided to pursue the real estate profession. It allows me to stay active in the community while continuing to work in a challenging, detail oriented and ever changing occupation.
In 2014 my husband, Peter, was presented with an opportunity to further his career with Costco by moving to the Fort Collins store. It was a fork in the road which gave our family the chance to seek new adventures in another area of Colorado.
I feel the most rewarding aspect of being a realtor is putting my life experiences to work for my clients. If I am able to channel the detail oriented and multi-tasking skills of event planning, my personal and professional experiences in the real estate industry, and the passion to seek new challenges, I know my results will continue to be productive and positive. At the end of the day, the joy reflected by my clients regarding a successful home purchase, or sale, is my greatest reward. Please go to the testimonials page to see what my past clients have to say regarding my professional services.
